Static pages from Astro, built once and served as files by Netlify. The whole site is the repo — what you see is what's committed.

No JavaScript of mine ships to the browser. Not minimal, none. The single exception is a GoatCounter tag: cookieless, aggregate page counts, no fingerprinting, nothing about who you are.

Fonts are IBM Plex Mono and Fraunces italic, self-hosted and subset. The mark is arme.dev's arch, filled in. Same person, same lines. No webfont CDN, no ads, no embeds, no form services, no comment system. Contact is email or nothing.

Deliberately absent: no RSS, no blog, no search, no analytics beyond the counter. Content here changes a few times a year, and the site isn't pretending otherwise.

The result works offline and outlives every service it might have depended on. The counter sees that a page was viewed, and nothing more.

Measured, not vibes: PageSpeed Insights scores the pages 100 on accessibility, best practices, and SEO, with zero layout shift and a sub-second paint. Static files don't drift. There's no framework here to fine-tune. These pages just get there first.
